Heading South or Chattanooga heading West, take Exit 111 Hwy 55 (Turn Left coming from either direction). 2. Follow the signs to Tullahoma (about 14 miles.) 3. At the first red light you will see the Dairy Queen. One block ahead turn left, turn left again on Polk Street beside the DQ. 4. We are directly behind the Dairy Queen. You will see the banner for Jeremiah Center on the side of the building. Directions from Knoxville/Crossville: 1. From I-40 West, take the Hwy 111 Sparta (Cookville) exit. 2. Stay on Hwy 111 through McMinnville. 3. Hwy 111 will turn into Hwy 55 and take you over I-24, through Manchester into Tullahoma.
