With his wealth of experience and knowledge, Master Msarsa started the workout demonstrating pressure points. After a vigorous training session, he moved topics to cover street combat techniques. Next, we worked on knife defense and combating an opponent attacking with various other weapons. Master Msarsa emphasized quick, brutal moves to incapacitate opponents -- the strength of Isshin-Ryu. He encouraged us to continue training hard and to keep honoring our Isshin-Ryu heritage. We have a great deal to work on and are truly grateful to Master Msarsa for his visit.
